What do I pay, and when?
Starter is paid upfront. Growth and Premium can be split 50/50 — half to start, half before launch. Email us and we will set it up.
What if I change my mind?
Full refund any time before design work starts. Once it has, refunds are pro-rated against the work already done.
What if my content is not ready?
We build with placeholder content so the site is not held up, and swap in your real text and images free within 14 days of launch.
What do I actually get on the day it goes live?
The site live on your own domain, a simple content editor so you can make changes yourself, and a five-minute video walking you through it.
What happens after the first year?
After the first 12 months, hosting is $15/month, or AurixCare at $50/month covers hosting plus unlimited small edits. Domain renewal is $25/year, free while you're on AurixCare.
What is not included?
Custom illustrations, more than 10 stock images, video production, and ongoing content writing after handover. Anything in that list we will quote separately.
Why fewer pages than the cheap website places?
Because a padded page count is worse than a tight one. Ten thin pages compete with each other in search and give a visitor more ways to get lost; that is why we scope to what you actually need. If you need more, extra pages are $120 each at any time, published, so there is no wall. Nobody at this price is including a verified Google Business Profile, Search Console, structured data and your own admin login, which is where the money is better spent.
What if I outgrow the package?
Add pages at $120 each, or move up a tier and pay the difference. Beyond about fifteen pages it stops being a package and we quote it — that starts at $3,500.

No. Every package is a flat fee with a fixed scope, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice.
