FAQ

The questions worth asking first.

Including the ones with answers you might not like.

How does the pricing work?

Two models, because they are two different things. Search and generative optimisation is a monthly subscription — we run the work, you pay a recurring fee. Meta advertising is a management fee for running your campaigns; your advertising spend is separate, is yours, and is paid to the platform. We always show you the two figures separately.

Why are your prices lower than other agencies?

Because we are new at this arm of the business and we would rather earn the case studies than charge for ones we do not have yet. The work is the same work; the price reflects where we are, not what we are willing to do. When the results are on the board, the prices will move.

Am I locked in?

No. Month to month, cancel any time, and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Plenty of agencies want six or twelve months up front. We would rather you stayed because it is working.

Do I have to have an Aurix website?

No. We will work on the site you have. If that site is fundamentally holding you back, we will tell you that before you spend money on optimising it.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Meta, on your own ad account. We charge a management fee for running the campaigns. That keeps your spend yours, keeps the account and its history yours, and means you can see exactly what is fee and what is media.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The subscription is monthly and stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Full terms are in our refund and cancellation policy.

What do I actually get each month?

The work itself, and a report that says what was done, what it cost and what changed — including the parts that did not work. If a month was quiet, the report will say so rather than pad itself.

Still got a question?

Ask it directly — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
